LONDON Backer Premiere information

EVENT DETAILS

  • Location: Princess Anne Theatre, BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly, London W1J 9LN
  • Date and Time: Thursday, 21st November 2024, at 7:00 PM GMT (The show starts by 7:30 PM.)
  • Check-In: Begins at 6:00 PM GMT. Theatre doors open at 7:00 PM. (Please aim to arrive promptly to ensure a smooth check-in experience.)
  • Introductions: The event will begin with remarks from 455 Films Director and Producer David Zappone and renowned Star Trek author Ben Robinson.
  • Screening: You will see an exclusive preview of 455 Films’ next project followed by the documentary itself (approximate runtime: 114 minutes).
  • Q&A Session: A Q&A session will conclude the evening.

Anticipated End Time: 10:00 PM.

Feel free to dress casually, semi-formally, or even don a Starfleet uniform if so inspired. There is no formal dress code.

  • Parking: For detailed directions and parking information, please refer to the Getting Here section on the BAFTA website.
  • Theatre Access: The Princess Anne Theatre is within BAFTA’s headquarters at 195 Piccadilly.
  • Upon arrival, a 455 Films team member will be at the reception desk for check-in.
  • Guests should provide the name of the primary ticketholder and the number in their party (e.g., “Captain Janeway, party of 3”).
  • Please have your confirmation email or ticket ready for verification if needed.
  • Photo identification is not required.
  • After check-in, you will be directed to Level 2.

Separate Arrivals:
If members of your party are arriving separately, they should provide the primary ticketholder’s name and confirm their own name. Forwarding your confirmation email to them in advance is recommended.

  • A 455 Films representative will be available throughout the event to assist with late check-ins. However, we encourage all guests to arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket by emailing voyagerdocumentary@gmail.com with the name and email address of your guest. Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Seating: Open seating will be available. Guests are free to select their preferred seats upon arrival.
  • Accessibility: The theatre is wheelchair accessible. Guests requiring assistance should email voyagerdocumentary@gmail.com before the event.
  • Merchandise: BAFTA does not permit onsite sales of our merchandise. Items can be purchased online at: https://voydoc.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders.
    (All proceeds support the production of DVD/Blu-Ray content and special features.)
  • Food and Drink: Concessions will not be available at the theatre. Guests are encouraged to dine before or after the event.

Guests are welcome to take photos and videos during the event, except for recording the film, which is strictly prohibited.
